feminine hygiene productWhat are tampons?*blush*?
If you have to ask you don't need them yet.
A tampon is a plug of cotton or other absorbent material inserted into a body cavity or wound to absorb fluid. The most common type in daily use (and the topic of remainder of this article) is a usually disposable plug that is designed to be inserted into a woman's vagina during her menstrual period to absorb the flow of blood.
You'll find out when you have your period.
woman product. you use them when you have your menstrual cycle..good luck
Tampons are used like pads but are inserted inside the vagina with a special applicator. That way they soak up the blood on the inside of your body and when they are soaked up, you pull them out with a string that is attached to it.
Have you seen the commercials of playtex and kotex and stuff like that?? Well, those are them..you wear them when you have your period and it absorbs the blood...just be careful about tss(toxic shock syndrome)
Pads, are another option...atleast wear those at night.
