I'm not exactly sure what you mean, but given the category this question is under I am going to say Niacin, a lipid lowering medication often perscribed to diabetics which can cause extreme flushing of the skin.Xtreme Blushing pills?
Just walk around naked in public. That will cause you to blush.
You don't need any frikkin' pills.
