Stain if you will be exercising....but why not just get it tatooed on?
Liquid might run or melt like from your body heat.
Powder will streak, looks unreal.
Gel has many components to keep it right where you put it.
Creme blush is the best because it moisturizes and gives off a healthy glow.
liquid cover up... but one that turns to a power is nicest.

I like powder. I have never gotten along with all the others.
